Keep the product, supplied accessories, labels and original packaging while the request is reviewed. Avoid using an item that appears damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending anything back so the receiving address, transport arrangements and next steps can be confirmed.

Eligibility and the available resolution depend on the product, its condition, the issue and any applicable supplier terms. Confirm the return conditions before ordering if a particular return option is important to your purchase.
Products needing extra care
Opened reagents, chemicals, sterile or hygiene-sensitive products, fragile glassware and specially requested items may require particular handling or assessment. Do not ship chemicals or damaged equipment back without first confirming suitable transport instructions.
For equipment issues, include the model, serial number if available, and a clear description of the fault. Warranty or repair arrangements must be confirmed for the specific product.
