Delivery location
We take delivery enquiries from across Bangladesh. Enter your full address, area, district and a reachable phone number at checkout so the delivery arrangements can be confirmed for your order.
For remote locations, large equipment or an institutional delivery, contact us before ordering to check the available options.
Charges & timing
Review the delivery charge displayed at checkout. Product size, weight, destination and handling requirements can affect the arrangements.
For an item requiring special delivery, ask our team to confirm the total cost and expected dispatch and arrival dates before finalising the order. Do not assume every item has the same delivery time.
Before dispatch
- Check the product model, pack size and quantity in your order.
- Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
- Keep your order number ready when confirming stock, payment or delivery details with us.
If you need to change the address or quantity, contact us promptly. A change may no longer be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Glassware, chemicals & equipment
Fragile glassware, liquids, reagents and heavy equipment may require different packaging or delivery arrangements. Confirm suitability for transport and any receiving requirements with our team before placing the order.
On arrival, check the parcel and the items against your order. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the parcel, labels and affected items. Contact us with your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
